What to do on Roatan after diving?

Going next month, what should we do after the diving on our last day? I like the idea of a canopy tour, any advice?

We did a canopy tour in Belize. It was pretty neat.

I did a canopy tour with Pirates of the Caribbean when I was there a year ago, had a ton of fun and I'm afraid of heights!!!

Which tour do you recommend, the Pirates or the Extreme?

Extreme wasn't open yet, so we just did PotC. We also went to the iguana farm and botanical gardens, both were fun.
