Not exactly - that's the Studio floorplan, mine is the Deluxe Studio

Rental of One Bedroom has been confirmed - the Deluxe Studio is still available:

so it was $1250 for 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, with one having a living room, kitchen, etc....

But then you rented the main unit LR & Kitchen, seperate bedroom, but the lockout 1BR studio (just BR and kitchen-ette) are $700?

seems to me that the other room with the seperate bedroom, kitchen, living room, etc would have been the more expensive rented option?

Yup. The one-bedroom portion (alone) rents for more than the studio portion (alone) - Kind of like the same way you can buy a whole car for less than you can build one by buying all of the individual parts.

I'm asking $700 for the week for the Deluxe Studio which is less than a decent hotel room runs pretty much anywhere on the island - Especially for a beachfront unit with the kind of views and access this one has.

Last chance on the Deluxe Studio - I'm dropping the price down to $500 for the week. If I don't have any takers in the next few days, it'll get turned over to the resort for daily rental.
