Condo for Rent - East End Grand Cayman

Sadly not going to be be able to get to Cayman this year so we're putting our condo up for rent. Our loss is your gain...

The Reef Resort, East End, Grand Cayman
May 2-9, 2009 (Sat-Sat)
2 bedrooms 2 baths sleeps 6

Absolutely gorgeous, top (3rd) floor PH ocean/beach front, non-smoking villa with lockout (#311). 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, whirlpool tub, vaulted ceilings, A/C and ceiling fans, WiFi, 3 TV’s (cable & DVD), CD stereo. Villa is approx 1400 sqft plus furnished balconies. Full kitchen (appliances/dishes/utensils), plus a kitchenette in the lockout suite.

Resort features a concierge, spa, 3 pools, hot tub, gym, tennis, a world-renowned dive shop (Ocean Frontiers) and a beautiful beach with great snorkeling. Also has a wonderful restaurant (home of the Barefoot Man) and a beach bar, there's a convenience/liquor store/Internet café on site and a grocery store across the street.

Resort site: http://www.thereef.com.ky/

Asking $1350 for the week (less than my dues/maintenance fees, the current resort promo rate is $328/night or $2296/week)

View from the balcony:

If we weren't coming back from a cruise, I would take you up on this great offer. Looks like a wonderful place to stay especially at that price.

If I were an II member, I could - but I'm not. We've owned this unit since before the resort opened (while it was being built) and have never considered trading to another place so never joined II.

you have a fixed or floating week, and what are the odds you won't go next year?

It's a fixed week - same time every year.

Odds are w'll go next year, although there's a possibilty that we might sell it before then (we have a probable buyer - they just can't go this year either).
