North Carolina Police Officers
Are there any North Carolina law enforcement officers out there that could assist me with the possiblity of identifing a bad guy with me? Or does anyone know someone I could get in touch with. Please PM me for further info.

Update
Gentleman we have a fugitive!!!
BOLO for a w/m with what he believes is poor trim, frequents underwater establishments that requires oxygen or provides it. This individual is to be considered narc'd and dangerous while in the deep blue liquid space. If you see this individual, use extreme caution as they might be on mixed gas. Wait for him to surface and call Ghost Busters.....Sorry for the late update. To much crime traveling through my area tonight, but did manage to seize $25K from a AZ dope smuggler...
