It would be uncomfortable, and yes... they do make 5s, 10s, and I even have a couple of 12s, though those are maybe a bit too big.

I say if it works use it...seems heavy to me but if there is a dry suit involved it may be just right. I wear 22 in my belt and that seems heavy so I am sure the one in the pic would stick me to the bottom.

The total amount of weight may be needed but I think it's a safety hazard to have it all on one quick release belt. If that guy loses his belt he is going to be a polaris missile.
