Diving always give me the munchies, I have to have something to snack on. I prefer a turkey sandwich with spicy brown mustard.

It is usually a long drive in the morning before I get to go diving so I like to eat a pretty good breakfast. Well my husband likes to eat a good breakfast. Usually eggs and toast, so that is what we do. Although he is a big cereal fan. Then by the time we get there the food is good and digested. For lunch usually a light sandwich, chicken or ham and of course water throught the day. We also bring granola bars, and string cheese to munch on throught the day.

Then at the end of the day a bottle of wine

I just finished packing all this stuff in the cooler. We are leaving bright and early in the morning.

Since I usually travel for diving it is a quick breakfast. Poptart, donuts, etc. Lunch, something light maybe a burger on the grill at the quarry. Dinner, anything is fare game.
If you ever have heartburn U/W you will hate yourself. It flat out hurts.

I ate two of his brats, AND a fajita, and then went on a night dive. My first one!

They sure were tasty though!!!!

Magic Crackers. At least that is what my buddy calls them. These are the flourecent orange crackers with peanut butter or cheese. If you are starting to feel a little green (sea sick), just eat a couple of these and you stomach settles right down. Magic, I say.

I eat a good breafast before we leave and maybe a cereal bar along the way. Mostly snacks and water between dives instead of a big lunch. I try and stay hydrated the day before the dive and nothing but water till after the last one. If I do multiple dives I tend to want a cup of coffee on the way home.

I stay away from anything heavy in spices (Indian food will be the death of me I swear), and keep out of any gasy foods (broccoli/etc.)
