Snack: ClifBar... I have tons and tons of ClifBars on hand at all times in my house and usually have a few stashed in the car.. or a backpack if I'm carrying one. They don't taste like a typical energy bar.. very tasty.

Dinnah: Pizza.. Pasta.. Subway whatever..

I would avoid greasy/fatty foods just because they're unhealthy in general and for a lot of people the grease is a point of heart burn or indigestion problems.

ClifBars are awesome. I probably have two a day to supplement my meals.

Fruit and water for breakfast. A Subway sandwich between dives for lunch and anything for supper. Love the Propel fitness water.

I have a cast iron stomach. I eat whatever, whenever whether I am diving or not. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones, I hardly ever get heart burn or have any kind of stomach concerns. It's nice not to have to be concerned with what I eat.

But I do stay well hydrated and make it a point to stay away from diuretics and drink lots of water on days that I am diving.

I found that I can eat about anything as long as I don't eat a lot of it.

Wow. I just added something to the very bottom of my list of possible things to eat!
