Slightly Annoyed
So, I'm an honest guy and in the last two weeks I've bought a wing and backplate, sex bolts, adaptors, harness, four miflex hoses, weight pockets, and a glue on pocket. Today I called ST again for a new wetsuit as my old one was finally on the ropes. I told them that this wetsuit was on the evil LP for about $150 less then on my fair ST and that I would like to purchase it, they said they wanted to look and see if they had it.
This is where I wish they had tried just a bit harder. The guy came on the phone about two minutes later, told me they didn't have it, and then was completely silent didn't say another word...I know that ST isn't into HP sales, but at the same time perhaps a recomendation of another product or a substitution of some time? I guese maybe I'm taking a little odd...I've been in sales for a while now, and I always think about how I can make people happy and keep them happy, if I was out of a product, I would either sugest something else, tell them I'm sorry, or ask them if something similar would work for them? Just always had such great service from ST that I guese anything less then 100% feels like its just not quite right. Oh well. |

ST bent over backwards for me yesterday. i placed an order for an undergarment and some other things. the one i wanted was out of stock and they called me and asked if it was ok to send me one that was twice the price of the one i wanted for the original price of the one that was out of stock!
talk about knocking my socks off! it made my day! oh yeah. they called about 6 pm last night and my stuff arrived about noon today! brett |

Don't feel like that man. You can't always buy everything from the same place. Sometimes you have a time crunch and have to buy stuff elsewhere.
It happens to everyone.

Definitely don't feel like that. I wanted to buy an out of production Pinnacle suit for my husband, and when ST couldn't get it for me, I told Joe I was going to try LP, who said they had it in stock. Joe simply encouraged me to call him if LP fell through. I like customer service like that!
