Scuba Toys Solved My Problem

I recently broke a strap mounting post off of a split fin. I contacted the manufacurer and they said they could not replace it because it was out of warranty. I called Scuba Toys to ask them if they would sell me just one fin. I explained the story to (Todd) at Scuba Toys about the manufacturer not wanting to replace the fin for me. I was not trying to get something for nothing but Todd said let me make a call to the manufacturer and he would call me back. Sure enough, he called me back and said it would be taken care of at no charge. Now that's flexing your muscles with the manufacturer. I got the replacement fin in 2 days. Thanks to Scuba Toys for the extra effort and customer support. Again, I was willing to buy the one fin but Scuba Toys came thru and said nope it's free. Can you beat that. They rock.

They did the same for me with a mask hinge that tore out of Mares mask less than 6 months after buying it. Replaced it, no problem. Huge kudos!

No...but if you look under the "demo/closeout section" you can get a fantastic deal on one fin.

(Or should I say "fintastic" deal???)

My husbands crystal lens on his M2 computer started to have a problem. Contacted STs they said send it back they'll look at it. Before our package arrived there, the new one was on the porch. Love ST
