Not sure what's happening with Scuba Toys lately - the customer service is great when you want to buy kit, but completely dead when something goes wrong.
I bought an Oxycheq wing from ST four months ago and one of the clips on the harness broke. ST haven't answered a single one of my four emails and Oxycheq are no better - they suggested I go to Wal Mart for a 1" replacent for a 1 1/2" clip! Buyer Beware! |

Wouldn't be surprised if you're getting caught in their spam filters since you're e-mailing from overseas. Now that you're a member of the board (welcome, btw), send Joe a private message through the board. You KNOW he'll get that and I'll wager you'll hear from him within a day or less.

I don't think there is a clip on a wing. At least not what I would call a clip. Maybe that's the problem. If you could post a picture, then I'm sure that someone could help you.

I can't imagine why you aren't getting any response, ST has always gone out of their way to solve any issue that came up. I think zenagirl may have a point, try to PM Joe or Larry and I'm sure you'll get a quick response.
