Is it me or is anyone else having problems contacting ST?

I have been calling to place an order for a client for the last hour and both the toll free and the regular numbers go unanswered.

What is up?

I can't get through either. We're leaving for Hawaii on Saturday and it looks like one of the items I ordered last week hasn't shipped. I'm kind of worried. The web cam for the shop is down too. Wierd?

Texas had huge storm and knocked out all the power and although the power is on they do not answer yet so I have to assume there was some other trouble for them down there.

I live about 30 miles from ST... if I must, I can make a drive... I just got back from vegas, but I know that there were some bad storms here over the past few days, I hope that the shop is alright...

Wonder if it has anything to do with the AT&T problems some of my offices are having? I don't cover as far as Dallas, but I do know that up in Waco and outlying areas our computers are running on secondary systems because we've lost our AT&T main lines ....

(Or maybe Joe & Larry wanted a little peace & quiet for a day!! )

I was at the store today and their internet and related stuff was down. Phones probably were as well. now that I think about it, that was the first time that I have been there ad no one was on the phone.

I had no problem spending more money at ST via phone this AM-it was about 11:30 ET

This thread cleared a lot up. Sent ST an email about a week ago and still hadn't heard a reply so was starting to wonder. Should've known that ST wouldn't give me the cold shoulder .

I had no problems getting through with ST this morning. I emailed them about a order and Joe had sent a email back shortley afterwards, then I call them to place the order!
