Gah I wish Scuba Toys sold PADI books!

I got my last PADI book from Divers-supply. Ordered online, email said backordered, called and was told something like 'uh they have to order them' ... he didn't care. However, they had to get it from another of their stores, shipped in a reasonable time and I got it before I left for a trip to do Wreck class. I've ordered from them before, and dodo on the phone aside, would recommend them.

+1 on Scuba.com. I don't order from them unless ST doesn't carry what I want, they have the best price, and I don't need it right away. Always takes forever to get something from them.

I received a free caribener with my purchase. I'm working on scrapping their .com logo off so it just says scuba because it happens to be in my favorite color and I use them to keep my keys on lol

OK scratch divers-supply off that list. Ordered the nitrox crew pack. The description shows the book, dvd, & tables Ordered the crew pack #60120 for 57.95 after shipping came to 65.79

Ordered on 11-4 and got it today. opened package dvd and book came out looked in the padded bag it came in for the tables...... NOPE not in there flipped through the book......... nope opened the dvd looking for tables...... (anyone see a pattern here?)

Tried calling office but closed by time I got home...I'll call in the morning.... sent and email asking where my tables are at. Might hear from them tomorrow?

Then it hit me........ THEY SENT THE WRONG CREW PACK...it was still the nitrox (thay have 2 different ones) but the one they shipped #70450, cost 36.95 after shipping cost is 42.66. A difference of 23.13

Sent another email explaning that they made a mistake and if they were going to credit my CC the difference.

I'm sure you won't have a problem getting it corrected. They have pretty good customer service. I've purchased several things from them (both online and the store) and if an issue has come up (twice and both my fault) they've been excellent in fixing said issue.

I have ordered from him. Great pricing and service. His pricing is so good because approx 500 instructors purchase from him and this get him PADI's top discount.

Well I called divers supply today and got the problem solved. They are sending me a call tag and the correct product. Even though the dvd is opened they said that it was no big deal

So I have to wait another 5 days

I'm not going to give up on them I'll still do a few more orders. The prices are fairly cheap.
