Question Has Scuba Toys ever lost your order?

I finally took the big step to purchase my own gear. BCD, regulator, computer, etc. My wife decided to pick up some stuff for herself also. I received the e-mail which when my stuff shipped which is great and the people on the phone are always VERY helpful and nice. I can not stress that enough, but when I saw what was shipping and what I was charged, half the stuff was not there. I received the response from Scuba Toys that part of the order simply was not placed. I reordered what was lost and it is going out the same day. From everyone that has told me about Scuba Toys and from what I read I must be well in the minority. I just want to bring it up as a possible problem.

Never a problem from my experiences. I did get a long hose when I ordered a SPG with a short hose. They set out a new hose ASAP & paid the return freight for the wrong item. That tells me more about them than when everything goes perfect. I'd rather do business with someone that goes out of their way to make things right, because things do happen from time to time.

I have ordered at least 10 times from ScubaToys and have never had a problem. In fact, they go out of their way to be sure there are no problems

Sorry that happened to you. If it was an on line order, our cart has a security measure built in that dumps the contents if it sits with no activity for longer than 20 minutes. We are working on building the new cart software now that will fix that problem. As you can see from the pages, we are working to make a lot of changes - and that one is in the works.

Again, sorry you had trouble, and glad we were able to correct it to your satisfaction.
