I've been eyeing this one up: Oceanic Geo Wrist Computer, Dive Watches, Oceanic, Oceanic Geo Wrist Computer

It's got nitrox, user replaceable battery, backlight, and it's a pretty good price. It also has a small form factor. It is about the size of a large sports watch, instead of the big hockey puck sized units. My girlfriend dives this computer and she loves hers.

Don't forget proximity of an authorised dealer in case you need to send it in, and the manufacturers reputation for customer service. It can make the difference between getting a brand new computer on warranty no questions asked when you have a problem, and getting the runaround for several weeks before they send it back to you saying we tested it and it works fine... ...

Although buying from Scubatoys is a big advantage since they take good care of their customers, a good manufacturer will make it easier for them to take good care of you.

Also consider the size of the display and numbers! Some computers are hard to read!

Just food for thought!

I have an Atmos 2 and a Veo180nx and almost spent the extra money for a pair of the GEO's, I just wish they had the ability to download logs...

considering one of these for my wife before this summer - she likes the smaller size when compared to the veo180 that I use.

Also look for a computer that you can actually read and use in whatever conditions you are diving in. A lot of small computers are very difficult to read, or have buttons that are too small to use with gloves on.

They do!
Oceanic Worldwide - Personal Dive Computers - GEO Wristwatch
If you scroll down to almost the bottom, there is a usb cable and software for the Geo. 99 bucks for the cable though

Pretty sure ST's will make you a nice deal on the cable if you order the computer from them.

I searched the site, but I didn't see that ST offered it. Maybe I just overlooked it.
