I have known various people who have had a lot of problems with the Atom 1.0 I also asked my LDS about this computer last year and they told me that they have had more returns, repair and warranty issues on this computer than any other in the store. I would get another computer one way or the other

If it's under warranty - they will fix the backlight, or replace the unit, and if they don't have an atom 1 to replace it with, they'll probably scream you a deal on a 2.
Give us a shout tomorrow if you need any help - you have to do it through a dealer - but any authorized dealer can help you out. |
