Do you mean notes as in the stand a long notepad or the notes that are part of the contact info that Office has? I know the notes works fine from the Office address book, but have never found a need to use the stand a lone notes other than on the palm to get a handwritten signature to sign an electronic document.

You all just need to give in and get a BlackBerry. Thats the phone that truly rocks.
![]() I love the size of iPhones as well as the browser... best mobile browser period. BUT, there are a lot of very basic things they do not have, cut and paste being one that is just ridiculous. Also, no stereo bluetooth, no user replaceable battery, etc. I just don't like it. Plus, I'm more of a business oriented user than entertainment anyway, so the BlackBerry fits my needs better. Plus, they're working on a touchscreen BlackBerry that should be out around the Holidays I think. Should be sweet! In the meantime, I'll be picking up a Curve 8330 hopefully. ![]() Brandon |

I think I get you guys, the notes is the note program that is on the Palm, I have an old Palm Pilot III and I recall the notes program from there. It's different than the notes outlook uses.
I got some sad news, I have to buy a Mac if I want to develop iPhone apps which I intended on doing. I assumed it would be like a Palm where you have platform independent development tools, but it's Mac OSX only.

We use them in the studio and they're used almost exclusively throughout most of the creative industries, but good grief... as a college student, I can't afford them! Especially when I can get a PC variant of what is now the exact same thing for $1000 cheaper. ![]() Brandon |

Mac is now basically unix with a pretty gui. I have been using macs since the IIC days. And I have my old 7500 still running as a music server, that machine is 13 years old I think.
