Deep Sea Supply SK-7 Compass mount

Hey guys,
Just wondering if anyone here uses the DSS SK-7 Compass mount. I just ordered a set of them since I like the ease of use point. Thought maybe I'd ask around and make sure that it's a worthwhile investment...even if it's not that expensive.

Thanks,
Shane

For the SK-7 compass the DSS mount is very nice as the std mount is tall. The elastic bands are nice as it is easier to don. I also have a typical compass made by Pelagic. The basic compass mount is fine for those.

I recently took the SK-7 and my Gekko computer off the console and now use the DSS wrist mounts for both. I absolutely love the wrist mounts. Super easy to use and set up, very easy on and off with the bungees, and it's so much more convenient than the console.

As ScaredSilly mentioned, the standard mount does have a higher profile and you also have to deal with a buckle as opposed to the bungees. I think the DSS mount is definitely the way to go, hope you like it. Cheers.
