Wisdom quick disconnect

Can the Wisdom II computer quick disconnect hose be purchase separately, I would like to set up a second regulator and not have to switch hoses around between regs? If so anyone know the cost?

Easy. Just call ScubaToys.

If you damaged your hose and brought it to a service centre, like Scuba Toys, I'm sure they could order a new hose to replace it. If they can do that, I see no reason they couldn't just order a new hose. Best to call Scuba Toys and ask them.
