Exclamation Diverite "The Bridge II" battery change

Has anyone changed the battery on this computer? I purchased it with a dead battery for a good quality and low cost backup. I have opened it up with a t6 torx bit, removed o-ring, used jewelers screwdriver to removed the 3032 coin battery replaced with a new one and ......Nothing! I am usually rather good dealing with this type of thing but, this has got we floored. Please, Help!

So, don't keep us in susupense, what did you do?

If your computer is anything like one of my watches, it has to think about restarting after you change the battery.
