Invalid dive Data! Sherwood Wisdom

Hi have a Sherwood Wisdom 1 computer, and just got a data cable to load my dives onto my computer. When attempting to transfer the dive data the first half or so of my dives got an "Invalid dive data!" error. The rest downloaded fine. I've tried several times, with the same results.

Has anyone run into this, or know why this might be happening, or how to fix it?

Thanks,

Ted

I guess no one has any experience with this! I have been in touch with Sherwood and they don't seem to have a clue either so far. I'll update if anything changes.

I've had it happen, but I haven't found a solution.

Ahh, too bad If "they" figure anything out I'll post it here.

I've seen problems with the contacts on the computer causing that kind of problem. Some dives transfer fine, others won't. I've also seen an OS problem cause that. In other words, once when I reinstalled my OS the bad data problems went away. Another time cleaning the contacts of the silt fixed the problem.
