I've not been lucky enough to find any local shops that do. I have heard that there are such places, just never found one.

if you go to GC cathy church at sunset house has a large variety to choose from(point & shoot up to super technical)-i rented just a strobe from her when mine crapped out

ST rents U/W cameras, what I do'n't know is how this is handled for people not local to the shop. I am sure they would but would suggest gining them a call to work it out.
