Transpac
I have been diving a transpac for six years now and I still find it the most comfortable BCD I have used. It can be adjusted so it fits nice and snug and the tank isn't rolling around on your back like so BCD's. I do have to recommend you always wear the crotch strap to keep the tank from smacking the back of your head. After six years of diving my Transpac looks like new still.

i have 6-12 month old diving stuff that looks like it's never been in the water more than once.

Yep, the best BCD I have owned is the old Scubapro Stab jacket (1980s style, mind you). However, my Transpac is the best one since then. I also have a Dive Rite BP/W that I use in the winter, but the Transpac is more comfortable.

I've been thinking about the Transpac. Has anyone used the Travel Wing? What did you think about it? I'm not thinking that I need a lot of lift right now and I don't want the extra weight when I travel.
