Anyone heard anything about the Hollis line of gear that's supposed to be coming out soon?

Just what was posted on Scubaboard under the oceanic forum. Nothing much recently. I'm guessing you'd like to know when we can expect to see it?

Yea it's been a while since anything has been posted about it, I thought I would bring it up again. I'm a fan of Aeris/Oceanic and I'm anxious to see what the new line is all about. I just keep hearing soon.

Na, na, na, na, na! I got to touch and feel!

When I went down to Australia last month (bragging... scoreboard) I was speaking at an oceanic conference, and Mike Hollis brought down all the stuff and showed the Australian Dealers. They were still working out a few last minute changes before final production runs - but the stuff looks cool!

The latest it will be available is Dema (first week of November) and maybe we can get our hands on some before then. It should be a nice addition to their line. Tech gear from a company that excels in customer service will be nice!

Larry, can you give us an idea of what to expect? Will they be offering a standard bp/w with hog harness, or will they have a Transpac type harness (or both). I'm in the market for a bp/w, and getting one from Oceanic would be great. I plan on working for an Oceanic dealer, so it would be preferable to use gear that they carry. If your sworn to secrecy, I understand.

Yea, Larry, is the Hollis line all about tech gear? I'm in market for a wrist mount computer and have my eye on the Atom 2.0, is Hollis gonna have anything out along that line ? Just let me know should I wait or not really...?

The Hollis line will just be a tech gear side of Oceanic / Aeris. Plates, Wings, SMB's, Harnesses, etc.
