Orange SMB vs. Yellow SMB

hey guys,

In a bright sunny day, i would say an orange color SMB is more easier to be spotted.
what do you think?

I have seen some in yellow on both side.. was thinking to buy it earlier on, but settled down with an orange one.

PS: I think i posted this on the wrong section, but could not delete it. sorry.

You would be correct.. the yellow would be easier to see in lower light conditions.. so are you going to get in trouble during a sunny day, or at dusk..you should decide that ahead of time (I have both, by the way)

I like the DAN surface signal kit. It's orange with reflective tape on it and comes with a pouch containing some other potentially useful items.

Scuba Diving Magazine had an excellent article in the May issue regarding all the safety devices and how far they could be seen/heard in actual field tests. It was very informative. I kept it for future reference when I get ready to buy/replace equipment.

The first one is nice and everyone should have one.. the second (sorry again Larry) well, sort of sucks.
