I can get you some by the foot if you want.
Let me know how many feet you need, and I can pick some up from Bill over at Cave Excursions Cave Diving Techniques Training Equipment North Central Florida Cave Diving I'll be up there the 24th-29th or so (depending) Also, you can just order the stuff by the roll ![]()

I have never found it at any home repair store in my area, I got it off Ebay because absolutely nobody has it in the state of MO. At least not in the places I've looked which where places suggested like these. Mail order is the only solution I found, and the only one my buddies have found.

Any boat shop should carry it (West Marine, etc.) as well as climbing stores, and chains like REI or EMS (depending on which coast you're on). If not eBay is good source for a large amount. I've also bought small amounts from TechDivingLimited.com before I finally gave up and bought a big spool on eBay. ReefScuba.com sells it by the spool also, but eBay is cheaper.

I wanted to add one more thing, not just DIR guys use it. In my technical course the instructor also, well the course, requires a bungied backup. That configuration is common in technical circles as well as by DIR divers.
