Tank to tank equalizer

I have yoke valves, bleeders and a din to yoke valve but I need a hose with fittings to connect the two to make an equalizer. Any one know where to get these. My LDS guy said hydraulic hose works. Anyone else ever make one of these?

I have a hose with DINs on both sides and use yoke adapters on both ends when needed.

I went to a local hydraulic shop and they fabricated what I needed. The hose was cheap. The price on the connectors will be the big variable. I needed 1/2 -20s for a pair of spare air filler yokes and they were about $15 each.
