How about a Handtruck/Dive float combo!!

Have not made one yet, but thought it a great idea. A hand truck (like the ups guys use) with big floaty wheels, that you can put your gear on and push down to the shore-When you are ready to dive, just put the flag up and push the rig into the water. Secure it, and dive on. You get the picture!

I will attempt to make one. Anyone else up for the challenge? Any suggestions on design and materials?

Ok if I keep the patent rights?

that thing is awesome! looks costly though, and those wheels need to be beefed up for beach use.

That thing is pretty neat and very handy. I imagine you could possibly make one out of a cooler (with better wheels). Getting the bouyancy right would be tough.

put some pool noodles around the lid and weigh it down a bit. should be pretty stable, but also kind of bulky.
