Epoxy is a good choicea little roughing of hte joining ares helps the bond.
Actually, the best folks to ask are those in the aircraft industry. A lot of time with the composits that are being used, the best choice to fasten things together is glue. |

Might want to check out Gorrilla Glue and see if it can be used on plastics. I made a cutting board from several pieces of beveled red oak, No tongues, no dowels, nada just flip flopped the bevels to get a flat and not a convex surface, flat faying seals with gorrilla glue and a couple of bar clamps.
Does fine time after time in the dishwasher and I continue to place it in there basicly to see if this thing is ever going to give up. I think this thing is going to out last me.

The projec tis lighting up my scooter.
I have a Seedoo Explorer scooter and got the mounting brackets from ikelite for my lights. I have removed the one notch that was in the way, but am now contemplating attachment choices. The handle offers choices, including some cable tie sites, but I'm thinking of layering of attacment, glue, then duct tape, then cable tie. |

The real trick is to ID the plastics. If you can do that, you can lookup the proper glue choices. This will give by far and away the best performance and looks. I'd also note many of these glues work more as solvents and weld the plastics and not actually 'glue' them.
If you can't ID the plastics or source a glue, then the others may work or they may not. |
