Looks good, my only suggestion would be to loose the check boxes for tank sizes and maybe just put a blank line in for someone to write their size in. I am normally diving with 130's and friends of mine are using 130's and 120's. Then I think you could have 1 .pdf that has the metric on both sides of the page and one .pdf with imperial on both sides.

Overall I think that you have done a great job. Thanks for spending so much time on it and sharing it with everyone here.

Just another thougt

Will you be putting them in a ring binder?
If so just wondered if you have cheched to see if the holes mess it up.

I think the shading on the vis bar would make sence the other way around.

This LogBook was designed to be a "compact size booklet".

But I could made version and for binder - just let me know desired paper size and holes location.

Think shading could be explained in many ways...
But, fixed.
