Excellent! Is there any way to input notes without having to "tab" to next line? If you continue typing the text will shrink to fit.

Make it here and have them print it. Very nice. Even write in the rain paper!

I did that for formatting, I can look into it if needed...

The sequence goes something like this:
  1. File
  2. Print
  3. In the Printer Name box open the drop down menu. There should be some sort of "Virtual Printer" in your drop down box list.
  4. You may have one of several options: choose either "Save to File", "Microsoft Office Document Image Writer" or the virtual printer mentioned above. Select one... (I used Microsoft blah, blah...)
  5. OK (Print)
  6. Choose folder to "print" to. This is where the form will be saved.
  7. VIOLA!! You have a digital copy of your log book sheet.

Cool, thanks... That will be nice to use for when I have my laptop with me someplace and no printer. I do not need to wait until I get home....

Can’t you do a "Save as" I don’t know if my version just allows me or not... try that...

I like the spreadsheet and have been the same at home as a backup to my paper logbook for a while but so far it's only stayed at home. What kind of paper do you find best to put in a log book to bring out to the dive site? I'm using a laser printer and want something that will hold up well but still be easy to write on with a normal pen.

Thanks!

Thanks so much for this log page, I really like it... I'm planning on keeping both electronic and paper logs.

I would like to print a bunch of empty ones and put them in a small denier binder (3 ring or 6 ring), any idea on what type of paper to use? I want something slightly glossy and water proof...

Thanks!
