Printable Log Book

I have done my CMAS course in Turkey.
And very first my dives were logged in to Log book in Turkish language .
I have searched to buy some log book in English, but all those I saw just don't like with me.
So I have decided to make my own design log book.
I have searched WEB for examples of the log books and gathered information and examples.
Finally I have compiled page layout.

Gentlemen, could you take a look to this design?
Are some thing missed or unnecessary?
I'll be appreciated for any ideas or suggestions.

Joe & Larry: may be it could be interesting for you to work together for make design with original style of the
ScubaToys and you just printed out you own Log Book?

Under VIS you have check boxes for different types of dives. Fresh, Salt, Shore, ect. Well for Fresh you have "Frash" and "A" instead of an "E". Just a typo. Another idea, depending on what you are planning on duing with the log is to have imperial units for each form of measurement, not the tank pressure. Just a suggestion, but if this was designed specifically for you, not eed to change that if it fits your needs.

Talking I added type-able fields for ya!

I added type-able fields for you and fixed the A E thing...

Anyway enjoy...

its PDF but you can fill it out now

I also compacted the size (just file size not paper size) a bit... so ole ST's wouldn’t have to host a larger file...

First of all, thanks for all!

So I tried to make proposed by you changes - please see new revision attached.

Next are personal comments:

To RoadRacer1978: Thanks for spelling catch! To my shame I didn't checked it before... About Metric/Imperial - I have added check-boxes for select.
But may be this should be better to just make two versions: one Metric and one Imperial? With these boxes overall design looks slightly "overloaded". What do you think?

To bmp51: Thank you for make fill-able PDF! I want to do the same (but late, after final design approve). What software did you use for this?

To TheGoast: You made GREAT PC-based Log!!! But I like to collect "wet stamps" in my log book, so need printed pages with me on boat. By the way, need to think about some compact printer for make instant print-outs with notebook!
About Oxygen load - added. About Dry suit - you are right, I newer use it yet. But... sink I'll sooner or later - added.

So below is the updated version...

Thank you band

I notice it is now getting a bit crowded, In stead of having the value type next to each value, you could have METRIC/IMPERIAL Values somware, Gives you less to fill in as well.

Re. my Program.
you can print blank log so that when you go diving you can get the stamp or signature on them.
Then when next to a computer just print the data on them.

I like your page. The one thing I have done with my own creation, is rather than putting two dives on one page, just put one dive per page. I've used the extra room for writing what I've seen, drawing diagrams, sketches etc. to remember the dive better. When I look back over dives, it's not so muc the stats I care about as the experience.

Question: I notice on all the logs I've seen places for buddy etc. to sign. Does anyone use this section?

Actually I have one dive per page - I have put two pages in last "try" only for easy print on standard A5 format, both side, then stitch, 10-15 sheets together into book.
