Call Scubatoys, I know they do some dealings with Bare. But otherwise, you can try divetank.com. They're generally good to deal with.

Not that I've seen. Sometimes a LDS will have an old one and will sell it at cost to get rid of them so check the dive shops near where you live as well.

I bought my XCD2 Pro from divetank for $995 for the suit, hood, gloves, bag, hose and a set of underwear. We just ordered Kristen a HD Pro Trilam for $1295 with the same goods. They even got us the new 2008 version...it just took a little while longer.

ST is a great shop, but for drysuits divetank seems to have it down pretty well.

Richard seems to have pretty close ties to the owner/s of Bare. from what i gather from talking to him, Bare is pretty much right up the street from them. i got my HD Tech Trilam from them last year for $1600.00 shipped. this was a custom cut, with undergarments, SI tech dry gloves, dry hood and a few other goodies.

Half the people I know bought used drysuits. $650 will get you a good one from a top brand. I've seen some low-end suits sell for $300. You need to be patient to find the best deals. I paid $500 for a Bare HD and then another $100 for modifications (larger feet, shorter legs remove elastic panel) So I got a like new semi-custom suit for $600.

There is a place in San Deigo that sels DUI "seconds" and returns. You will have to hunt I forgot the name. Save a bunch if you don't mind cosmetic problems

If you can learn to do your own maintanance you can really save money and time. I just ripped a neck seal and I'll by replacing it working with someone who has done a few.
