Converse Chuck Taylor Hi-Tops

I know a lot of folks use these instead of rock boots. I've got a Bare Drysuit and was wondering what size I might need to accommodate size 10 feet and XL SP Jets.

I would like to avoid having to haul my drysuit to the shoe store.

Thanks!

I go one size larger than I wear... size 12 feet, size 13 Chucks. That gives me enough space for the neoprene soft boots attached to my BARE drysuit.

I went a size and a half. Normally 10.5, got a 12, which was perfect, with my heavy woolies and latex booties.

Darn! I would love to see that: Walking into a shoe shop with a dry suit on. The look on the salesperon would be priceless. Of course you would need to bring the fins too just to make sure the shoe will fit the fins as well as the suit.

Ok, seems like 1 to 1.5 sizes larger than my usual size. Thanks, MSilva and CFDAiden.

Anyone else have the same experience?

If you have the option, I think you'd be better off with 1.5 sizes. My Chucks occasionally feel a little tight, but they never feel too loose.

whitworth,

I wear size 9 shoes and size 11 CT's. I think it would be hard to get anything larger into XL Jets. And the size 11 Chucks might be tight in the Jets depending on what socks you're wearing.

Need some advice from the CT fans out there. My normal shoe size is 12D. I have a Fusion suit and would like to use CTs on it instead of the Evo boots. Any clue as to what size of CTs? No dealer nearby so I will have to mail order.

Fins are Atomic splits XL. I assume CTs up to size 14 should fit?

Thanks
