My Dry Suit Class

Did my Drysuit class this weekend and I think it was worth the time spent. Made two dives with instructor and one with dive master. First dive started out bad since I put weight on my cam bands, which put me in a head down position, but after moving them down to the weight belt I was perfectly weighted. I was really surprised how easy it was to trim out and trim. The instructor made me stand on my head and over inflate my suit and recover. Also some ascends and descends both using the BCD and the Drysuit for buoyancy.
My kit was:
Pinnacle Black Ice Drysuit
Pinnacle Drysuit Hood
Hollis SS Plate
Worthington X7100 Steel Tank
Hollis F1 Fins
Zeagle Flathead 7 Regulator
Wearing Swim Trunks and rash gaurd.
12lbs lead on weight belt.
and of coarse my stylish Chuck T’s

You gota smile or atleast look happy to be diving! I will never need a dry suit to dive around here but one of these days I would like to dive dry.
Thanks for sharing!

Yep, good old Chuck Taylors in size 13...

I love the F1 since they fit both my Chucks and size 11 wetsuit boots just fine. Lots of power and better design foot pocket than the jets.

They used to have an option to design your own custom shoes on their website.
