Unsure of size

Hello everyone, I would like to purchase a dry suit online where you can get the best prices but I'm uncertain of size. an entry level suit like Bare Nex Gen would be the likely candidate. I am 5'7" 175-180# and I'm a large in a wet suit. I looked at the sizing chart and from what I gather a L/S would fit. Now, do you have to take an undergament into cosideration when purchasing a suit like this? Also how does it effect shoe size? do I need a bigger size to take heavier socks into account. I wear a size 9 usually. Any suggestions???

Thanks
Jay

We could get all your sizing and measurements and come up with a pretty darn accurate fit.. and we have a no questions asked exchange policy if we don't get it right. With military mail, it's not that expensive to exchange even if it's not right.

Hey Larry, thanks for your quick response. Not sure which measurements you will need. I don't think anyone on this camp has one of those little tape measure thingy that tailors use, I suppose we could use an M4 Sling.hahaha If we must then I will wait til I get home and get you the measurements then. We're pretty short here now. Larry thanks again.

You can find out what measurement are needed to find a right fitted drysuit. To get an idea, here is a DUI drysuit's measurement website: http://66.134.99.3/images/DUI/measur...structions.pdf

Hope that helps!

Just for reference I use a bare Nex-Gen in an XL it is a little Baggy(which is fine for the thermals i need) and im 6'0 and 205. Probably a m-L would serve you right or a M Husky
