respiratory trainers?

Anyone ever use a respiratory trainer? Any specific model you would recommend? Any thoughts on how well it works?

Your lungs are muscles, so anything that increases your breathing resistance will strengthen those muscles. You can do the same thing by force breathing through semi-closed lips. Inhale and exhale slowly, and increase the resistance with your lips.
