Weekly Weigh In 4-17

I just noticed that yesterday was a week since I posted about being accountable. Sooooo I stepped on the scale this morning and here are the results:

Start: 123
Goal 1: 120 - Made it!
Not sure what happened...129 (stinking holidays-start over)
Start: 129 1-1-08
Goal 1: 125 - Made it!!!
Goal 2: 120 - Made it!!!
Goal 3: 115 - Made it!!!
Goal 4: 110 - MADE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm pretty sure hell has frozen over....that last stinking pound I have been trying to loose for a month or so has finally left me!!!!!!!!!

Now I'm just gonna have to get after it and get healthy!!! 5k here I come!

Congratulations! A word of advice - don't celebrate with cake and ice cream.

According to our weigh-in for our new biggest loser competition at work, I'm 249.5, but that's with clothes. We're weighing every 2 weeks and I plan on wearing the same outfit each time, so I'll just stick with those numbers.

So much for "eating like a gentleman" on my trip to Bonaire, left at 234, came back at 238.

I am terribly sorry....I haven't been online to much i nthe past two weeks, but here is my weigh in....

3.15.08 - 210
4.13.08 - 195
4.27.08 - 190 its going slow, but at least I'm still going!!

I haven't been to the gym in two weeks due to very long days at work! Hopefully, by the end of this week it will be better.

I need someone to help keep me accountable, so Thank You Foo2!

Foo2..... Congrats!

I need to drop 6-8lbs. of weight myself so I can 'better' fit in my M wet suits again. I have been trying the Twinkie Diet, just not working.
