Weekly Weigh In 5-5-08

Ok everyone...how you doing?

Me...not so hot. Somehow I'm up another couple of pounds. I probably haven't been as careful with my food. I dunno. So anyway, I'm at 113 & hoping to be back at 110 by next week.

Me too.

I've gone up to 181.2 today but thats because of complete lack of exercise due to finals and projects for school. Actually I was 182.8 yesterday so I lost some pounds from yesterday.

Your weight can vary throughout the day. Don't sweat bouncing +/- 3lbs. or so. Sounds like you are doing great. Congrats!

Fortunately/Unfortunately, I didn't budge...still 249.5 per the office 'biggest loser' scale this morning. I started out good, but by the end of the week I had missed one of my c25k runs and my eating habits went downhill. I'm going to repeat week 2 of the c25k program to get back up to speed.

Okay, I'm a day late, but I weighed at the gym tonight and...........188!!! I've lost 2 lbs. So I celebrated w/ a subway sandwich. LOL.

I do have some awesome news though.... My goal for loosing weight was because I wanted to be able to fit in my wetsuit. Well, I was at ST last night b/c we had our AOW class at 6:30 and I had to pick up a few things before the weekend check out dives. I was also looking to purchase a shorty for our upcoming vacation, so I tried one on. I went down 2 sizes!!!!! I am so excited!! Just wanted to share w/ the group.

Goals are awesome! Set one and work towards it. It makes sucesses that much greater!

224, Not as good as i wanted not going in the right direction. I only worked out twice but grilled out 4 times. 220 is still my first goal.
