100 pushups thats all?! come on guys I can do 700 and still be able to run a mile afterwords, MCJROTC helps with being able to do that and thats not even half our normal PT schedule.

LittleOtter, That's agressive. Back in the day I used to max the pullups and situps. That way I could dog the 3 mile run at 21-24 minutes instead of 18. I really hate running.

SlvrDragon50 I tried that and didn't much care for it, I used to want to be a navy seal but I can't cause I have shin splints so I have to settle for 10mile runs insted of the 15 mile runs I used to do.
