I have added this to my existing routine and have actually added 5 lbs of muscle mass! Of course, this can also be partly attributed to my diet but I am stoked! Starting to look like Laird Hamilton again!

Pick me! Pick me! pick me! I started week 2 today (it's tuesday evening here). Using level 2. Not too bad for an old guy with tennis AND golfer's elbow. gotta get the excuses in early in case I quit.

Hrm, wonder if it can be applied to situps as well? Would need some adjustments, but should work similarly...

Friend of mine actually started this and had to abort it at week three or four, even though he was very gung-ho about it. He missed three days consecutively, day 1 blamed on the wife feeding him too much, day 2 blamed on a stiff shoulder, and on day 3 he fell short of his goal and called it quits.
Wuss? Maybe.. but don't feel too bad if you go down the same route.
