I have added this to my existing routine and have actually added 5 lbs of muscle mass! Of course, this can also be partly attributed to my diet but I am stoked! Starting to look like Laird Hamilton again!

Hmm.. I think your mirror may be faulty :P JK

hehe, the mirror may be faulty...and the scales too but I am going to enjoy the moment before anything changes. I must say also, that I had been working out and simply added the pushup routine. Also taking Creatine. Getting stronger. Currently using a Total Gym. BTW, Chuck Norris called me and approved of my workout regimen!

Friend of mine actually started this and had to abort it at week three or four, even though he was very gung-ho about it. He missed three days consecutively, day 1 blamed on the wife feeding him too much, day 2 blamed on a stiff shoulder, and on day 3 he fell short of his goal and called it quits.

Wuss? Maybe.. but don't feel too bad if you go down the same route.
