I missed the test after week 2, so I am going to try just redoing it with a couple extra at each level and see how that goes. That is a big jump from week 2 to week 3!!

How is the 100 pushup program working for you? I've got to whip myself into shape in 4 weeks for a trip to Cozumel and this program sounds like it could help. Any advise would be helpful!!

It's a little late to try to get into shape by time you go to Coz. That being said, you can be in better shape in 4 weeks than you are now. I can't speak too much about the 100 push ups program as I have had to stop this week(week2) due to some neck issues I have had. But I will say that I was able to do the push ups this week much easier than I was the previous week. Don't just try to get in shape for a trip and then go back to normal when you get home. Make it a life style change. Commit to keeping up your workouts even after you get back from Coz. I am actively working at the Couch to 5k program and can feel the difference. Find something that works for you and stick with it! Good luck!

Great advice Foo! I was always a "walker" and never a "runner". My youngest daughter runs daily and I wanted to run with her. No matter what I tried, no matter what shape I was in or how much I weighed, I just couldn't seem to run. Several years later and even pounds heavier, I tried something pretty much like the Couch to 5K training and it worked. The greatest moment was when I ran a 5K with my daughter!

I've adapted the program to make it more doable for me, but friends and family have said there's a noticeable difference already in my triceps and chest.
