100 pushups

Similar to the couch to 5k program, here is a program that will take you from 0 to 100 pushups in 6 weeks.

one hundred push ups

Enjoy and good luck!

I'm starting Monday.

Pretty sure I can do 100 push ups already. I'll try when I get home from work tonight.

weak.

I was taught how to achieve 600 pushups in one hour! not consecutively, but nonetheless strenuous.

you'll be sore for a week and a half the first time you do it though. but thereafter, I did 600 pushups every week for about 3 months.

I can teach you how... it's very simple:

You do 15 sets with progressive increments of 5 for example -

1. 5 pushups
2. 10
3. then 15
4. 20...

and so on. by the time you've gotten to the 15th set, you've reached a total of 600 pushups. You can also change this up a bit, like starting out with 2, then 4, then 6, and 8, etc... or something else if you like.
