Weigh-In 7/24/08

Okay I will start.

Started this regieme on 3/7/08 - 240lbs + 27% BF

Today - 7/24/08 - 228lbs + 24% BF

Goal - 195lbs + 14-17%BF

and so it continues

made it down to 99 kilos in full uniform, so maybe about 97k in shorts. That was my first goal after weighing in here. Now if I can just keep it up. It sucks feeling hungry all the time.

we have a gym at work and I have a really really inexpensive, but good personal trainer, she made measurements with calipers and then compared the ones on previous dates, some caculations and done - I just go on blind faith after that.
