+1 for crossfit. Never in my life have I been so smoked. No military school I've ever attended, including Ranger school, breaks you off like this. If you can actually stick to it, it's amazing. I've never done P90x so I can't comment. But I will definitely suggest Crossfit to anyone looking to get into shape. Half my unit swears by it and we're some pretty intense gym-a-holics.

Had a minor surgery in early October, I'll be off of training for a month. I'm starting P90X on November 1st....very excited! Before my procedure I did week 1 just to see how it was and I was smoked! I'm in decent shape (5'8" 193) and it is just an awesome workout. I also believe that if you don't do this particular workout you should find something you really have a passion for and do that. Cycling, running, weight training...whatever it is do it because you love it so it doesn't become a burden.
