You might also try swimming laps if you have access to a pool or whatever.. I wish I did.
I couldn't agree more. Multiple activities are the best way to be in shape and to make sure that your are working on all of the major muscle groups.

Maybe some people didn't oooh and aahh as much as you wanted because while Endless Pools are indeed "cool", they are also expensive and space-prohibitive.

Thats why they offer just the motor... so you can convert a pre-existing pool into an endless one (and move it when your done).

I'm wondering how freaked out my new Houston LDS will be if I drop one of these into their pool...

Seriously though, aside from the obvious toy bonus of owning one of these I could see it as very helpful for Gyms and LDS's (trim practice!)

That's why I don't run anymore unless I really have to. Orthopedist said it would be bad for me. I'm trying to avoid a future knee replacement :-))

I'd be the guy that the currents generated by this thing would plaster up against the opposite wall...

I was diving at Jackson Blue Spring in Jackson County, Fl with a couple of friends of mine who are geologists and were wrapping up three years of research on the 1st magnitude springs of Fl. Actually it was a bit of a good bye trip...about 2 weeks later I moved to Arizona...boy do I miss the water!
