Presidents challenge
Since theer is a lot of talk on fitness. Did you know that everyone, irregardless of age can participate in the Presidents challenge on Physical fitness.
They have scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming and other areas of interest that will help get you moving. I am working on my Gold medal. I ahve gained every medal so far. What I didnt get was the beautiful beach bodies that are shown in ads. I am better for it. My A1C is down and my BGs are in control.
