Healthiest Post Dive Bev.

I read in scuba diving magazine recently where all the editors put their fave post dive beverage. A few were "water", I think a likely choice for health reasons, but 90% were corona or other alcoholic beverages. Wouldn't alcohol further dehydrate after a while sweating in your wetsuit??

Anyway the point, healthy or not, what's your favorite post-dive beverage. Let's see who has the healthiest one,( some crazy carrot-prune somethin or other?) !!

Just curious

I usually drink water for hydration and then Arizona green tea with ginseng and honey for refreshment. I'm not exactly sure how healthy Arizona's green tea is but it sure tastes great!

Lots of water, and I eat oranges between dives.

After the last dive, it's a Corona (or twelve). No lime.

Water between dives. Enough water that I am hydrated after the dives, then I'll switch to tea or juice or something. Arizona ginsing w/ honey is a personal favorite for the road trip back home.

Complemented by beef jerky, of course.

Water and something with a little flavor...PowerAid maybe part of a coke...between dives. Then afterwards all the diving is done, and the gear washed a nice cold beer

i try and down a bottle of water or 2 during the SI, but in my opinion nothing beats swingin' in a hammock with a cold beer after a dive.
