I'm training for the Marine Corps Marathon in October. I run 3-4 days a week, depending on the training schedule, and I swim twice a week. This week, I managed to swim a mile for the first time, on Tuesday and Thursday. I did "cheat"- I used my snorkel.
Tomorrow is my last run for the week, I'll run 8 miles. |

I joined a gym 3 months ago and am a complete addict.
Always laughed at people before but have seen my SAC go down by about 10% so far. Feel a lot better after multiples now as well.
