I try and eat well and hit the weights at the Y 3 or 4 times a week. I also try and swim with lead weights on whenever possible...when I wear the weights its usually for boyancy and not the workout.

The real secret to my endurance is watching the gym TV while on the elliptical machine-- I started with 1/2 hour sitcoms, moved up to hour-long CSI episodes, and can now do an entire 2-hour movie. Here's to TV addiction!

right now...

Personal trainer workout 1/2hr - three time a week.

Weights byself two days a week 1 hr,

Every weekday 1 to 1.5 hours cardio. Change it up as much as possible, but limited to upright and recumbant bikes and eliptical machines (bad knees).

Weekends. usually out doing things. so don't have a set schedule. Mountain Bikes, off road motorcycles, and the like.

Would like to add swimming, but the gym at work on 3rd floor (how great is that) does not have a pool.

on my 30th straight week and a total loss of a whopping 5 lbs... sigh.

I put a shorty wet suit then sweats over that and walk 3-4 miles then lift weights U can loose weight instantly. But keep hydrated. It's like a sauna suit. Works 4 me.

weights at a gym 4-5 times a week, running the treadmill 3 times a week, attempting to get my seven dogs walked, and swimming daily in my pool.

I'm getting ready for a marathon. It involves (Per week) - one long run (10 min run, one min walk) which is usually 10+K, and increases every week. Plus one interval running training, short outbursts of sprint + walk. Then one medium lenght medium speed jog and another easy jog.

I try to watch what I eat, although I have to improve on this front :-)

Right now being away from college I don't have a gym in the next building so I have been swimming whenever I can and chasing my nephews in the yard. On a day like today I was glad they wanted to stop for lunch after about an hour of fun.
