12 ounce curls...preferably with a dark beer or a proper English bitter or stout it's denser, therefore heavier, therefore better workout for the bicep...

...just kidding, when I was in my prime doing a lot more hardcore tech diving I was running everyday, usually 3-4 miles a day and 10 every other weekend; since then I've slacked off quite a bit, gained some weight back, but now I'm starting to get back in shape...been waking up at 6:30, hitting a light weights workout before work, and then a run in the evenings...been at it about 3 weeks, hope I can keep it up!

I WAS trying to swim a mile most mornings before work.

However, with all the accursed smoke in the air this week (northern portion of S.F. Bay Area), I haven't been.

cardio - 3/4 times a week - try to do at least 40 to 60 minutes each time - and switch up machines to break the monotony

I do not run/jog due to an ankle injury a few years ago - has been doing better lately and may take up jogging as well as my cardio - also try to add weights in once in awhile if time permits

I try to do 30 minutes of cadio and a little lifting several times a week, at school I end up with more time to do so, at home I just go several miles on the exercise bike. It works out well, I can play guitar hero at the same time XD
